Meet Amy, a true adventurer with a passion for mindful movement. Her journey began amidst rugged backcountry landscapes, guiding multi-day excursions in the summer and teaching snowboarding in the winter. This natural affinity for the outdoors and movement eventually led her to the profound, transformative world of Pilates in 2004.
Amy’s curiosity about how we move and how movement can unlock self-discovery propelled her into deeper studies of anatomy and applied kinesiology with the National Posture Institute and the American Council on Exercise. Armed with certifications in Clinical Somatics and Neuromechanics, she developed a refined understanding of nervous system re-education and functional alignment. These tools empower her to guide clients toward true physical and emotional balance.
As the founder of ALIGN Holistic Fitness and creator of The ALIGN Approach, Amy brings this knowledge to life in her work, helping others reconnect mind and body. Through global retreats and one-on-one practice, she introduces her clients to the transformative power of ‘letting go’—allowing space for optimal health and a deeper sense of well-being. With Amy, movement becomes more than exercise; it becomes a path to harmony, resilience, and self-discovery.
