Meet Benoit Demeulemeester. Born in Basel, Switzerland, in 1964, he spent his childhood in the countryside, which was the foundation for his lifelong love of nature.

For as long as he can remember, Benoit has been fascinated with human behaviour and has desired to help others. After a successful career in banking and having lived in many countries, the burning desire to help people finally drove him to study coaching. He completed his Coach Training Programme, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy with Coresenses and Life Coach Certification with Robert Simic (RSCI). And if that wasn’t enough, he went on to study the Wim Hof Breathing & Ice Bath method in 2019 and became a Life Awareness Breathwork Instructor in 2021.

Since then, he has helped thousands of people not only to feel comfortable in ice but to overcome self-limiting beliefs, break unhealthy patterns and go on to lead more positive, fulfilled, healthier and happier lives. This is what motivates Benoit to do what he does.
His company Endorphins Unlimited now offers a variety of transformational experiences, including happiness courses, breathing techniques, ice bath experiences, hiking adventures and fasting and detox retreats.
