Eugen Malley is the founder and CEO of luxury travel company, Legacy Exchange Outfitters, in Tanzania.

His passion for transformational travel was ignited when tourists visited his community over the years on their way to and from Safaris in Tanzania. Connecting with and learning from these people thought him how tourism can indeed create meaningful connections. He saw first-hand how transformational travel can be when he had a special connection with two American tourists who saw his potential as a young man and who then went on to support his professional studies. With their assistance, he achieved his dream of establishing his own safari business. Eugen’s trips are now designed equally around community impact and nature conservation.

He strongly believes in the positive, long lasting impact safari tourism can have on the communities surrounding the national parks when managed with knowledge and care.
