Stella spent over a decade in London’s fast-paced world of commercial architecture. It was a career that demanded her focus and energy, but it left little room for rest or reflection. Long hours and relentless deadlines became her norm, but over time, she began to feel the toll of burnout and a growing sense that something was missing.
Looking for a way to reset, Stella turned to journaling and sought guidance from expert coaches. Slowly, she began reconnecting with her body, mind, and the natural world around her. These small but meaningful steps sparked a transformation. What started as a search for balance and clarity evolved into a life-changing decision: after ten years in architecture, she retrained as a personal trainer, driven by a desire to help others rediscover their sense of confidence, purpose, and joy.
In 2018, Stella experienced a profound loss with the passing of her father. It was a moment that brought everything into focus—the importance of time and the need to use it well. With this newfound perspective and a nudge from a personal training client, she realised it was time to create something bigger.
That’s how More Life Adventures was born. Stella combined her love for movement, the outdoors, and meaningful experiences to craft retreats that help people break free from their busy routines. Whether hiking a mountain, trying a new activity, or sharing a meal under the stars, her retreats are about slowing down, embracing the present, and finding inspiration in nature.
For Stella, it’s not about grand gestures or extreme challenges—the small, intentional moments that remind us what it means to live truly. Through More Life Adventures, she invites others to step away from the noise and into an environment where they can grow, reconnect, and return feeling refreshed and energised.
Stella’s hope is simple: everyone who joins her adventures leaves with a deeper appreciation for life and a renewed sense of what’s possible.
