Whether you want a complete physical transformation or to boost your immunity, our Transformers have something for you.
You're in for an exciting and rewarding adventure. But before you hit the road, it's essential to make sure you have everything you need to make the most of your fitness holidays. Usually, you will be given a list of everything you need and if you’re in any doubt, you can check with your transformer beforehand.
Most fitness holidays are for adults only, however, there are some exceptions to this. Make sure to read the trip description carefully or speak with us about any specific concerns beforehand so that everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.
Aside from the main program of the fitness retreat Dubai, many Transformers also offer additional activities such as guided hikes, beach runs, swimming, and kayaking.
