This retreat, led by our Remarkable Transformer, Stephanie Hoo, is a journey designed to harmonise mind, body, and spirit through the elemental forces of nature. Daily Qigong awakens energy flows that have been cultivated for 5,000 years. Zazen meditation in a centuries-old temple sharpens focus and stillness. A Japanese tea ceremony teaches the art of presence, while sacred sutra copying offers a rare glimpse into the meditative rituals of monks. Every experience is intentional, a thread woven into the fabric of your evolution.
