Training Sessions
Guided by elite coaches, you’ll explore strength, mobility, and endurance in a supportive environment. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a fitness beginner, every session is adaptable, empowering you to move at your own pace.

Nature Escapes
There’s nothing quite as refreshing and rebalancing as spending time in nature. Together, you’ll explore Crete’s beaches and mountains in ways that will invigorate your body and soothe your soul:

  • Swimming: Located steps from the beach, you’ll enjoy daily dips in the water, with opportunities to snorkel and explore hidden spots.
  • Trails: Two mountain trails and a flat coastal trail offer spectacular views and are perfect for hiking or walking.
  • Paddleboarding: Calm morning or evening waters provide the perfect setting for paddleboarding, with the nearby island of Spinalonga just a short paddle away.
  • Gorge Hikes: Crete’s dramatic gorges offer an unforgettable hiking experience, with waterfalls, stunning views, and occasional dips in the sea.
  • Private Boat Trip: Set sail to explore nearby beaches and coves, diving into crystal-clear waters and enjoying lunch onboard.

Sharing meals is a cherished part of the retreat experience. You’ll enjoy fresh, locally sourced food that’s both delicious and nourishing, with an emphasis on traditional Cretan dishes that support performance and recovery:

  • Breakfast: Savour a leisurely breakfast after morning training, either self-prepared in your villa or ordered from a local favourite spot.
  • Lunch: Often enjoyed on location—on a hike, on a boat, or in the village—you can also prepare your own in the villa’s fully equipped kitchen.
  • Dinner: Each evening, dine at a carefully chosen local restaurant and experience Crete’s wealth of culinary delights. Generous portions ensure you’re satisfied between meals.


Meals are not included in the retreat price; dinner typically costs between €25 and € 35 per person.

Each retreat is expertly led by a dedicated trainer who brings their unique style and expertise to the week:

  • May 2025 (23rd–30th May): Gigi Erhardt – Nutritionist and fitness coach, inspiring sustainable habits with a holistic approach to health and movement.
  • June 2025 (6th–13th June): Kelly Friel – A dynamic coach ready to energise your training and provide expert guidance.
  • June 2025 (20th–27th June): Noah Miles – A fitness coach passionate about consistency and perseverance, blending CrossFit, Spartan, and boxing techniques.
  • July 2025 (4th–11th July and 18th–25th July): Tyla Sullivan – An adventurous and passionate coach combining her love for fitness, weightlifting, and nature exploration.

ITINERARY
Day 1
You’ll be picked up from Heraklion airport and taken to the villa. You’ll have time to settle in and explore, and then ease into your first light training session to start the week off strong. You will have dinner together in Plaka.
Day 2
Early birds can go for sunrise paddleboarding to the island and work out before a rewarding big breakfast. If you want to lie in, please do so! Enjoy a relaxed hike or watersports, lunch, and then some free time to either go for a swim or stretch out in the open gym, followed by a group dinner.
Day 3
You’ll enjoy an early breakfast and set off on a longer hike along a stunning gorge through a picturesque waterfall. You’ll end up at the beach and have a picnic lunch. Once home, you can join in a sweaty workout session; or opt for an optional massage. For dinner, you’ll taste local delicacies and watch the sunset to finish the day.
Day 4
You’ll start the day with a group workout followed by a hearty breakfast. You then have options; decide between an island trip, a beach day, some open gym, or just exploring Plaka at your leisure. You’ll have lunch as a group and again for dinner in the evening, at a favourite local restaurant.
Day 5
You’ll kick off the day with a team workout followed by breakfast. Then all aboard for a day boat trip, stopping off at secluded beaches to dive and snorkel, and eat homemade Cretan lunch along the way. In the late afternoon, the gym is available for training or mobility, before a communal dinner at a handpicked restaurant nearby.
Day 6
Wake up for a sunrise SUP if you choose to, before a group workout and breakfast. You can go to a winery for the wine aficionados (optional, and we will need a minimum of four), or feel free to skip and stay around at the villa or beach. We’ll eat dinner at one of our local favourites.
Day 7
It’s your last chance for a sunrise swim or paddle and to watch the bay light up. After the team workout and breakfast, it’s your free day to do as you wish. Your host will have plenty of recommendations if you need and there are plenty of activities to take part in, solo or with others from the group. You’ll set off early for a delicious Cretan dinner at a nearby town and to watch the sunset.
Day 8
You’ll wake up for a team workout in celebratory team style to send out the week and a farewell brunch, before heading back to Heraklion airport, fully loaded with food and energy for your return.

It was just an amazing week. Like I'm still living off the energy from it. It was without being corny, like it was everything I hoped for and more. It was a great combination of three activities a day, some downtime, trying some different food, socialising over dinner, going on a boat trip, paddle boarding. I quite enjoyed all the small things like after the beach we don't just run off like we're the guests here. We'll take the equipment back and you know, pump the paddleboards, I think it gave it a real family feel.

Crete was the perfect week of working out, beach time, working, and meeting some awesome people. The house and gym are amazing - everything is designed beautifully, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the sunrise view over the ocean out the bedroom window was breathtaking. The houses are literally across the street from the beach, and you can do a couple short walks/hikes from the house with gorgeous views of Plaka below.
