ITINERARY
Day 1
Group gathering in Rome - Transfer by train to Montefiascone - Start of our walk - Exercise 0,00KM
On your first day, we will gather the group in Rome and take a train to Montefiascone, where we will start our walk.. You will take the time to reflect on the different aspects of your current situation. The exercise will take a 360-degree "polaroid" of your life and create a picture of where you now stand.
Day 2
From Montefiascone to Viterbo - Exercise Connecting the dots
The second exercise is an invitation to disconnect and use the opportunity to dig deeper into yourself and look back at your life. What you learn from your history will help you craft your future.
Day 3
From Viterbo to Vetralla - Exercise Personal Inventory
We start today with a beautiful path along the Etruscan Via, perfect for examining our own strengths and weaknesses. The smells can be amazing, and they help you look inside. It is also the perfect setting to look outside and to the future. The Personal Inventory exercise will help you through your own personal SWAT analysis.
Day 4
From Vetralla to Sutri - Exercise My ideal future
Today, you will experience a visioning exercise. You will identify and describe how you idealize your life at a specific point in the future. Although today, unfortunately, we are not going to border Lake Vico, which is relatively close but invisible to the pilgrim's eyes because it is located in a higher position, the stage is of great beauty due to the abundance of forests and hazelnut plantations and walnut trees. As if the green were not enough, history is present in the Orlando Towers and, of course, in the walled buildings of Capranica and Sutri, two monumental towns of the first order. As a cherry on top, the end of the stage has a surprising archaeological area made up of a notable Etruscan necropolis and a Roman amphitheater, all integrated into a natural park. Nothing better in Lazio, since we were in Bolsena and its lake!
Day 5
From Sutri to Campagnano di Roma - Exercise Purpose and outcomes
Now that you have imagined your future, you will build a bridge from your vision back to the present. This will provide you with the momentum for the decisions you must make and also the opportunity to align them with your purpose. The landscape keeps changing, but somehow, the walking becomes more natural.
Day 6
From Campagnano di Roma to La Storta - Exercise Take Responsibility
After selecting the outcomes you commit to in the previous exercise, you are ready to detail your Action Plan. This is the program's final kilometers and the beginning of a new stage in your life.
Day 7
From La Storta to Rome- Exercise 1,00KM
The final exercise takes place with your Action Plan already in motion. Fine-tuning and feedback loops become your new norm. Arriving in Rome is always a riveting experience. Immense joy, a feeling of overcoming and satisfaction, mixes with all the stimulus of countless languages, street artists, and restaurants. Reaching the St. Peters Cathedral, we reach the end of our route. But our program is at its apex. We stay close to the Vatican, and this night, the dinner is almost a private group event - with special toasts to the new and old friends you will have made along the Via Francigena.
Day 8
Depart Rome
You are free to book your departure anytime. Safe travels!

Tania
I want to express my gratitude for this incredible week. It has been amazing not only on a physical and social level but also in terms of mental strength and inner energy. I had a lot of fears about the physical aspect as I didn’t feel fully prepared, having not covered the distance or tried walking with a loaded backpack. However, surprisingly, this turned out to be the easiest part. The emotional aspect, which is invisible, had its share of ups and downs, and it was much heavier than I had anticipated. But now, I feel lighter and have a greater sense of release. I will cherish the memories and strength gained from this experience and will use them to guide me on my path.

Thank you for teaching me orienteering techniques and sharing your valuable knowledge on using maps, compasses, and scales. I will carry all of you in a special place in my heart. Your words about missing you resonate deeply with me, and that feeling will stay with me.

The more you give, the more you receive.”I’m taking all of you with me in a very special place in my heart. The more you give, the more you receive.

Where to begin? So much to say and so much to share. I just wanted to say I wasn’t expecting quite the depth of the week. I was a little unprepared, but open to it and looking for it, obviously. But I just think you’re amazing. I think your program is amazing. Yeah, I hope I can take it forward into the world. I think the song I shared, the prayer of St. Francis, but just going to keep it that short and that sweet. Keep doing what you’re doing. It’s incredible. And thank you. Thank you for everything.
Ilya
What you are doing is God blessed. You are giving people a chance to get back to the basic state of a human being, and then you help to get to the higher state of being human. Thank you very much for this
